The Christmas holidays are finally here for my school! Today's the Christmas party, and there were quite a lot of competitions. I'm in 6C, and we were against 6A for teamwork activities. We lost, which is a pity. And just as I thought things were looking up in the dance competition, 6F won first place! They had some strategies, which I'm not going to reveal here, and in the end my class was either last or second last. Not a great end of the year. But other classes, if you're reading, 6C will shine someday! Don't think you seen the last of us!
I'm making the Entry purplish-pink because that's the theme color of Almond's new website! Yes, she made a new website! I'm kind of disappointed that her previous Meap Girl site is gone, but her new one's pretty cool too. Go check it out! I posted it on the Other Sites page, next to Coconut Salvatore*.
*Almond's new pen name is Ginny.
Here, Almond, if you're reading, have a Pusheen gif!
Assessment Week is coming to school! I've been counting down the days until now, and Doomsday is finally here... Fellow Nuts, if you're reading, prepare, and good luck! 🍀
(PS, meet in the cafeteria as always during lunchtime, 1:40-1:25)
Every visitor can read this, but it's directed especially to Coconut, who's having some trouble updating her site. Here are some tips from me about what pages she could add.
A blog page.
You can make a blog by following these steps.
1. Go to Pages on the top of the screen and click.
2. Add a new page. Select Blog.
3. Name your blog. Or just leave it as Blog.
4. You'll see that the page is empty except for the side. A part says Author and a text box underneath. Type whatever you want people to call you inside. For me, I just typed Pistachio and changed the Author to Blogger.
5. Ignore the Archives part.
6. Click the New Post button.
7. Add a title to your post.
8. Drag elements to your post. Just hold on to whatever you want to add, maybe a text box, and drag it in. You can find these elements in the Build section.
9. Type what you want to put.
10. Publish your post.
11. If you don't see the contents in your post when you go out of the blog editor, click into it again and press Update.
And you're done! Yay!
An introduction to your fave series
I know you may not like to put your favorite series out online, but just let me tell you that it's perfectly fine and normal to like that kind of book if you're very mature. Just maybe put info about the author, why you like it, the books in the series, summary etc. Easy? Yes. Even though I didn't put it. But I'm just giving you this idea because in your homepage you put quite a lot about the things you like.
An introduction to your BFFs
You can definitely do this tip! It's easy. You can get some reference form my Introductions to you, Almond and Acorn.
So far, I think you should just add these. That should be a good start to a fantastic, successful website!
Almond's birthday is coming up! Happy B-day to you, if you're viewing this site! I'm not going to put your birthday here, because that's just inappropriate.
Sponge and Skyla are coming, and I managed to ask my Form Tutor to take a break from lunch patrol. I'll still have to do recess though, which is very disappointing. It's all NAY's fault...again!
Anyway, you know I won't let myself miss the party! Hope you have a good coming year!
P.S., Sponge has something she wants to say here:
A very happy B-Day to you! I posted the big news on the Hair-Curler Web too. We got you a present -- well, it's Pistachio's present, but whatever. We chose it!
Please tell us if you're going to make your own website like your previous meapgirl.weebly.com. We'll be your first supporters!
This is all because of our 'good friend' NAY. Guess what? He got our whole class grounded from leaving the classroom during recess! Okay, you might be thinking: at least you still have recess, but the problem is, I got used to going up to the library to borrow and return books every break! And besides, since all the Happy Nuts are in different classes now, the only two periods we see each other are recess and lunch. So, now I have 30 minutes less freedom to leave my stinking room! Plus, how am I supposed to meet my mentor when we aren't allowed out?!
My class is officially grounded. Seriously. And I can't do anything about it!
(PS, if I were a cat, I'd like to rake my claws through the Horse's flesh)
It's been a while since I posted a blog here. That's because I had quite a hard time trying to complete all my homework. And all this time, I was trying to decide on an apprentice name that suits me better than Mosspaw. I narrowed it down to these few:
So, fellow visitors, would you mind to please reply and tell me which one of the above I should use? Thank you all for commenting!
Honey-Boo-Boo is officially back in our grade! Luckily, he isn't in my class. Unluckily, he's in Acorn's! Poor you, fellow Nut! At least you know how to deal with him. But get this: this means we'll meet him all the time in the hallways! And how will he catch up with the others? This is one true mystery, and it might be beyond our ability to understand it.
Our beloved school library is closing down during December! All the books will be transferred to the lecture theater instead. For more details, read all about it in the Hair-Curler Web!
Welcome! Here you can chat with me and read some entries about my daily life. I'm not too good at blogging, but my friend Almond is great at it! You really should check out her site. Unfortunately, the website all about her has been deleted because she said it wasn't edited for too long, although she actually updates her blog every few days.
Anyway, I'm not going to delete this site, even if it gets so old no one will read it anymore. So don't worry about having your blog comments dumped away into the trash bin in the computer!
